Application Methods of Menu of Buyer
Gyeonggi Small Business Center, the principal owner of the WTC
Suwon, was launched to support small and medium-sized businesses
through the one-stop service solutions, often referred to as an
"All-under-One-Roof" business center, which services range from
international trade services to technology, financial support,
managerial cunsulting, human resources, educational services to
approximately 30,000 local businesses. Operated by "Intelligent
Building System (IBS)", it boasts facilities comprising special and
well-lit year-round exhibition hall, conference rooms, restaurants,
and accommodation with a high level of function.
To increasing Gyeonggi Small & Medium Business Center (GSBC)'s international business, joined th WTCA as a regular member in
April 2002 and successfully hosted the WTCA Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting. The main activities and services are organizing
specialized group trade missions, providing membership services, and building networks with other WTCs worldwide and
international trade organizations.
Currently, the WTC Suwon associates with more than 1,000 membership companies, comprised of electrical and electronics,
information and communication, chemical and medical, machinery, and othe r business.
The best practical activity of the WTC Suwon is group trade
missions linked with WTCs worldwide and international trade
organizations. It offers specialized incoming and outgoing
group trade missions. For incoming group trade mission, WTC
Suwon coordinates all aspects and requirements such as hotel
and travel arrangements as well as seminars and meetings with
local companies. Moreover, WTC Suwon has hosted "WTC
Suwon Trade Meeing" regularly, inviting trade elegates around
the world. The outgoing trade missions are dispatched
frequently to all over the world focusing on exploring new markets.
Offer trade partner database, profile and credit information
services, cooperating with authorized strategic partners such
ans D&B, SINOTRUST, Kompass, Thomas Register and WTCs
worldwide. Production of CDs containing information on 3,500
kinds of quality Korean products, and an On-line Catalogue
with up to date information on various industries including
market research for members and clients.
Provide 7 languages for business documents such as sales
contracts, letters of credit, business letters, and so forth.
Simultaneous interpretation is also available upon request.
It is tailored service to individual's needs such as overseas
market research, meeting arrangement, temporary office
space at home and abroad linking with 300 WTCs worldwide
Offers a series of training courses covering a wide range of
topics through workshops, seminars and speaker programs.
We also offer consulting services on e-commerce information.
Houses a spaciaous lounge, meeting rooms, restaurants, a
bar, and a fitness center. It allows the members and their
guests to socialize and conduct business in a luxurious and
relaxing environment. Identification by membership card is essential.
Recognized for excellence in overall service as an outstanding
meeting venue, we offer a 500 seat international conference
hall as well as large, medium and small-sized conference halls,
which are suitable for various business meetings, banquets,
seminars, product launches, and so on. Advanced broadcasting
equipment, simultaneous translation equipment, and catering
services are abailable.
Within the WTC complex, we have exhibition facilities ranging
from 1,100 square meters. Full preparation service of your
exhibitions including customer formalities is available.
There are two hotels nearby. One is located within the WTC
complex, and the other is located approximately 10 minutes
away on foot. They offer first-class accommodations including
a traditional chinese restaurant, a luxurious western
restaurant, a bar, and a fitness center at cooperate rates
for WTC members.
At the 34th WTCA General Assembly
in Washington DC 2003, the WTC Suwon
Recognized in all nine gategories with the
WTCA Service Quality and Standards
certificates, which allowed to carry out
first-class international services.
